This Irish Apple Crumble is a nice little twist on the classic with a moist apple cake interior and a light crumbly topping.

A traditional steamed dessert consisting of a very moist sponge cake, made with finely chopped dates, covered in a toffee sauce and served with a vanilla ice cream.

Layered slices of buttered bread scattered with raisins in an oven dish, covered with a cream mixture seasoned with nutmeg, vanilla and other spices. A traditional pudding that has been popular for over 300 years.
